Refunds, repairs and replacements will be carried out if the item received is damaged during shipment or not what you ordered.
Contact must be made within 2 days of receiving the item and the item returned within 7 days. A refund, repair or exchange will be given as long as it has not be worn and is returned in its original condition with no missing, broken or exchanged stones/ pearls and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred.
Any worn, scratched, chipped, misused, altered, blemished or accidentally broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or deemed by us to be flawed during manufacturing. After 7 days no items will be accepted for refund, repair or replacement so please check your item for any faults or damage as soon as you receive it.
Original shipping fees and credit card charges are not refundable. No refund will be given if you simply change your mind. Any special order and/or custom design or jewellery that requires modification (such as ring sizing/ adding stones/ changing stones) is not returnable. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us and we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance.
